County Competitions

County Competitions

The county organises competitions for both men and ladies in:

• Singles

• Pairs

• Triples

• Rinks

• Two-Wood Singles

The finalists of the above competitions are invited to represent the County in the National Championships held at Leamington Spa in August of each year.

The county also organises supplementary competitions for both men and ladies to include:

• Benevolent Triples

• Unbadged Singles

• Senior Rinks

Entry is by way of adding your name to the County entry form, displayed on the club noticeboard and this must be done by mid November.

An entry fee is applicable to each event.

It is advisable to organise a team for Pairs, Triples and Fours before entering.

For home draws in County Competitions, you are expected to provide refreshments.

Play is on fixed dates, published by the County in the Spring of the following year and can be found on the County website. The games are normally played during May and June.
