Chilly day for this annual event to get the season going. Great humour, great fun and of course …. a victory for the ladies. Wonderful buffet prepared by Jean Pluckwell and Maureen French (thank you ladies) and an amusing albeit well prompted monologue about the Battle of Hastings delivered by Steve Kirk.
